People write about sports because they're not good enough to get paid to play them

Main Introduction The Random Blog Stories/Old Articles Sports The Novel Update Blog FAQ Links

"Be a sports writer." If I had a dime for every time someone gave me that little nugget of advice, I wouldn't need to have a website to showcase my writing. I could spend my days drinking non-alcoholic fruity drinks and, well, watching sports. So here's the deal: I've written about sports. A lot. This page is a place for links to my various sports writings. The only exception is the handful of articles from WhiteSoxCentral.com from the 2004 baseball season. Those articles are under the Old Articles link.

The Sports Blog is, quite simply, a blog about sports. It also contains the (for entertainment purposes only) "Who Do You Love?" game I borrowed from a local radio show.

The Bleacher Report is a sports-oriented blogging/article community. My contributions there will hopefully grow as this site grows. The downside to these guys is they heavily edit articles, so I will likely post anything I submit there to The Sports Blog.

If you, my loyal reader, are aware of any sports-related sites that are looking for writers (preferably paid, but not necessary) please send me an e-mail. Link at the bottom of every single page.
